I was so embarrassed. Like I said in my email to Renee... first, I was embarrassed with the thought that I was unknowingly passing on virus to my friends, and then again, after knowing it was not so, I was embarrassed to think that they could have followed the instructions and deleted possibly important files from their pc's.
But here's what Papa says, and I quote...

naalala ko tuloy yung kaibigan kong manager ng isang power plant sa pilipinas. mas maigi pa raw sa kanya na mag fail ang power plant dahil sa isang empleyado na mali ang diskarte kaysa sa walang ginawang action.
this is a classic case of "you are correct in a wrong kind of way"

What's special about this email is that he sent it after a 15-hour day in the office (having to go in at 6:30 am for a conference call), in the midst of a week-long training and without having a week-end rest for two weeks running.
What's that song again?...
In my eyes you do no wrong
I've loved you for so long
And after all is said and done
You're still you
I know it's silly to be dramatizing all of these with some song lyrics. But I can't help but think... that I'm lucky to be so loved... with all my faults and limitations.
Sometimes, when something wrong happens and you feel unreasonably bad about it, and whether it's something mediocre or not, maybe it's to make you aware of things like this... of things you are blessed with... everyday of your life.
