There is only one thing I know, that he loved his little brother to bits. Having lost their father too soon, Dante is the nearest thing to a father my husband ever had, the one who was proudest for all the 15 minutes he had in his adult life, the one who was most excited for every homecoming, the one who most longed to share with him a beer in one hand and a shoulder in the other, as they talked about life, as they talked about rock and roll.
When we heard about his passing, I know it was a grateful thought that Papa had the chance to talk to him one last time when he went on an impromptu homecoming in April. I asked him what Dante last said to him. He said, 'Thank you.'
So long BIL. Thanks for all the rockin' and the rollin.'

thank you sa magandang sinabi mo mylab. i did look up to him ever since i was a small boy. he was larger than life to me. the man who possessed the talent and charisma that i never had.
i'll miss dante.
I know how much he means to you. And although I know how much you hate cliches, I hope you find comfort in knowing that he is really, after all, in a better place.

May he rest in peace. He was of an era when DJs not only entertained their listeners but also informed them. My knowledge of music became much richer because of people like him. He will be missed.

i loved that Dante was wearing a Batman shirt. Sorta tribute too :) Some place is rockin and rollin the past 2 weeks!
oo nga e, I was wondering nga if he did that on purpose. that's how much he loved his brother, in every little thing he did.
